Climate
Often the early morning starts with a mist which clears by mid morning.
Winters (May to September) are warm with sunny days and cool, clear nights. Overnight frosts and freezing temperatures are not uncommon. Light “guti” rain may occur any time but the rainy season is during the summer months of October to April.

Private Light Aircraft into Perrems Airstrip in Mutare, by prior arrangement. Drive to Mutare ex-Harare or via Masvingo in the south. Flights into Harare from Johannesburg include air Zimbabwe, SAA, BA Comair & SA Airlink.
